2 out of 3 sandwiches had the wrong items on them freaky fast not freaky correct

Just what you'd expect. I'd be interested to see them try using different breads, but that might go against their heritage

Jimmy John's #9 is our favorite! My husband loves the Kickin' Ranch sauce, too! I'll stop for our "usual," which is 3 #9s and 4 Kickin' Ranch sauces. We each enjoy a sub for dinner, and my Mr. takes the 3rd sub for his work lunch the following day. Yes, it's just as fresh as the day before. As soon as you enter, someone greets you and is ready to take your order. It's easy and fast! Before you have time to relax, your order's ready. Everything's very fresh; the subs taste delicious! You can't go wrong with Jimmy John's!

They really are freaky fast. And clean and polite and all that other good stuff, too!

We were so very excited to hear a JJ was coming to Frederick! The sandwiches are wonderful! We recommend the jalapeno chips. The staff was attentive, the shop was very clean!

Don't go there much, but I definitely need to go there more often. Their bread is top notch. The meat is superb. I had the "Italian Night Club." It was delicious. I'll be returning. This time it will be sooner, rather than later.

Dont claim to be fast and then make your walk-in customers wait as you fill a large platter order. Never coming back.

I placed my order at 12:24 today, I recieved a call at 12:58 from them saying they were behind and it would take a minimum of another 20 minutes. This specific Jimmy Johns will not receive my review of being "freaky fast".

I've been getting lunch here fairly often for several years. I've been in there three times recently when employees are preparing food without masks. There are signs up all over telling customers to wear masks and follow the 6ft rule. It would be nice if the employees would show the same level of respect for the pandemic that they demand from their customers.

A little pricey but great subs. Don't forget to try the dill pickles their the best!

Really great sandwiches, but I was super turned off when I went in a couple weeks back and one of the guys making the sandwiches was wearing a tank top with his pits all exposed to the product. 😖

Best cold sub in Frederick!

Picked up an online order and everything was fine. There is an exceptional staff who take their job seriously. It’s a good location, laid back, and easy going as well.

Not a good experience. I don’t know if the 3 employees working today had a tiff or what but everything from missing ingredients on my sandwich, having to ask for a cup and napkins, to flat out rude service.I won’t be back here again. Very unprofessional.

Changing my review from a 3 to a 4 becuase today they created an awesome sandwich! My previous visit I given a sandwich without asking about toppings. That had to be an anomoly...becuase the sandwich rocks today!

A Jimmy John's like any other. It's in what seems like a safe shopping plaza with other commercial enterprises. Speaking of which, there's a liquor store next door that has a good selection of micro brews, if you're into that.

Amazing food and service

Awesome subs! The quality of the ingredients blows the doors off other sub shops. yes, you can't get them toasted...get over it. Its not the franchises fault that Jimmy Johns Corp will not let them toast. Everyone can't be the same or everyone would be the same. duh.

No hot or toasted subs? No thanks, people like options other than a cold sub on white bread. I asked for no cheese and they gave me a weird look. On par with Subway (ick!), go to Firehouse Subs instead.

Great place to work

Sweet Sassy Suzanne! This place has it all! Steaks! Meatballs! PJ Pants! You gotta be outta your mind to go to a lesser sub shack. I got lost in the bathroom but after crawling through the ceiling, found an exit in the kitchen. Sorry Jimmy. There might be some hair in your sauce tub.

I hate what Jimmy john does with his off time. He does hire great employees and make fantastic sandwiches. First time I've ever tried.

Fast service, but don't expect exactly what you ordered.

Love, love, love their tuna sub! The group in there does make your sub freaky fast. And the cookies are pretty tasty.

Quick, tasty, and healthier than most meals.

Manager was great and I'm sure the rest of the experience is nice, but the owner is very unprofessional and was incredibly rude to me. When a miscommunication occurred about submitting an order with a spreadsheet, he was unwavering in his refusal to accept it. We contacted another JJ, they jumped on the chance. When we called back to offer feedback, Mr. Condon was rude, impatient and threatened to "report" the store that did take our business. JJ is typically one of our first choices when it comes to field trip meals. This experience makes us want to head to Chick-fil-A.

This is the slowest Jimmy John's I've been to and the sandwich was not put together well. I wouldn't stop here again.

Staff is impolite especially delivery drivers. Orders messed up regularly. Recently started charging more for delivery. Only buy if you're desperate

Great food and a super polite and accomodating staff

Ordering in house they will get your order right but the past two times I had it delivered( due to running late and other time being in a boot) it was wrong. Staff appear friendly and helpful. The facility is clean too.

I love how you can order and be out within like 90 seconds. It’s insane how quick they are here! When their bread is fresh out of the oven- it’s so tasty and amazing! Call me boring, but my favorite is simply a turkey and cheese and add avocados. Extra mayo since hellmans is the best!🤗🤗🤗

This restaurant was clean and very open. The staff seemed very attentive and the food was great. Nice restrooms, clean.

Disappointing, had to wait for them to make an order placed 20 min in advance... And we were the only people there...
